The Unified Inbox collects messages from Gmail, text messages, X direct messages, WhatsApp and Discord into a single stream, so you stop hopping between tabs and apps to find out who wrote to you. Connect each account once, and new messages sync into one list you can filter by platform or narrow to starred items.
AI does the sorting. It can summarize threads, draft replies, and flag what matters. For each connected account, an AI wizard builds a set of categories from what it sees in your mail, and you can add categories by hand with a short description of what belongs there, or rebuild the set later. Gmail and other IMAP mailboxes connect through a guided wizard in the browser.
X, WhatsApp and Discord need the desktop companion app running on your computer, because those platforms are read by the app on your machine. The inbox is in alpha, so expect rough edges. It is for people who get messages on too many channels and want one place to read, triage and reply.

Which platforms does the inbox support?
Gmail and other IMAP mailboxes, text messages, X direct messages, WhatsApp and Discord. Mail connects in the browser; X, WhatsApp and Discord require the desktop companion app running on your computer.
Why do some platforms need the companion app?
X, WhatsApp and Discord are read by the companion app on your machine, which is how the inbox reaches platforms that do not offer a mailbox-style connection. Install it from the downloads page; the site detects it automatically.
What does the AI do with my messages?
It can summarize threads, draft replies for you to edit and send, flag messages that look important, and sort incoming messages into categories it builds per account. You can add or rebuild categories yourself.
Can I filter to one platform?
Yes. Pills at the top of the list filter by platform or show only starred messages, and each connected platform has its own sync button to fetch new messages on demand.
Is the inbox finished?
It is marked alpha. The core flow of connecting accounts, syncing and reading works, but you should expect rough edges and changes as it matures.
