A household AI sentinel with shared memory across every room

The Household AI Sentinel is a single AI guardian for a home. You describe the persona you want, the system writes its personality, and you give it a name, a voice from the catalog or a cloned one, and a portrait, still or animated. That persona then operates every sentinel device on the account with one shared memory.

Sentinels are CoreS3 units flashed with the sentinel image from the browser setup wizard, which writes the firmware, joins the device to WiFi and pairs it in one step. Each device covers one room: live view, still frames on request, a per-room log, and motion and audio events. Household modes adjust what gets weight. Home is routine observation, Away flags any movement or voices, and Kids home alone prioritizes the children.

The household roster holds people, pets and regular visitors with optional goals, a linked inbox, a photo and watch notes. Each evening the guardian reviews everything it saw, heard and read, sorts it into headlines, items worth raising, mail that matters, upcoming events and credit where due, then places a call to each family member you selected. It can also call you on demand. The sentinel is alpha and under active development.

What you can do

How it works

  1. Describe your guardian and let the AI write its personality, then give it a name, a voice and a portrait.
  2. Flash a CoreS3 with the Little Brother image in the setup wizard and place it in a room.
  3. Add the household: names first, then optional roles, goals, inboxes, phone numbers and call times.
  4. Set the household mode for the day and let the guardian watch and log.
  5. Each evening it reviews the day and calls the family members you picked with what mattered.

Frequently asked questions

What hardware does Little Brother need?

CoreS3 devices flashed with the Little Brother image. Plug one into your computer, open the setup wizard, choose Little Brother Sentinel, and it flashes, joins your WiFi and pairs in one step. Each sentinel is one room.

What does the evening call contain?

Before any call, the guardian reviews everything seen, heard and read that day and sorts it into headlines, things worth raising, mail that matters, what is coming up and credit where due. Then it calls each chosen family member and talks it through.

Can it coach my kids toward goals?

Yes. Each family member can have goals, one per line, and their daily call coaches toward those. A watch note such as not allowed on the couch becomes something the guardian looks out for.

Can I see a room right now?

Yes. Open a sentinel for a live view with frame rate and optional sound, or pull a single still frame. Each room also keeps a log you can read back by time range.

What are the household modes?

Home is everyday watching. Away flags any movement or voices because nobody should be there. Kids home alone puts the children, their rooms and anyone around them first in that night's review.

Is Little Brother finished?

No. It is marked alpha and a work in progress. Talking through a room in the guardian's voice, for example, is waiting on the speaker firmware.
