Do I need Live2D rigging skills to become a VTuber here?
No. The VTuber Studio builds a complete face-tracked model from a single AI-generated image, and your webcam switches animations automatically. If you prefer a classic rigged avatar, the Live2D Studio generates and rigs one and exports Cubism files.
Can I record with remote guests?
Yes. The Recording Studio creates cloud rooms. Guests join with one link and install nothing, and every participant is recorded in the cloud with multi-camera layouts. The host can also stream the set to Twitch or any RTMP destination.
How is the video editing different from a timeline editor?
You edit the transcript, not a timeline. AI transcribes your footage with word-level timestamps, so deleting a sentence deletes that video segment. It works like Descript but runs in your browser, with AI cut suggestions and metadata writing built in.
What is a Living Avatar?
An autonomous AI agent inside an animated body you made here. It talks face to face, emotes, remembers you, and can join a stream or a video call as a co-host through its Live Deck.
Do these tools work with OBS?
Yes. VTuber models, waiting scenes and Living Avatar stages each have a URL you add to OBS as a browser source, so nothing needs installing on the streaming machine.
